While I appreciate the quality of the car and how quickly the service team identifies issues, I’m disappointed with the experience at the local dealership, especially the management and customer service teams. After my last service in 2023, I didn’t receive any confirmation or update from the adviser, even though the service was completed on a Friday afternoon. I popped into Brisbane MINI Garage and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The sales consultants didn’t seem interested in speaking with me and didn’t offer a test drive. Thankfully, I decided to visit the other local MINI dealer in Springwood, where I found exactly the MINI I was looking for. It’s a shame, especially since I live just around the corner from Brisbane MINI.
