Be careful with leaving a refundable deposit. It took them 5 minutes to take the deposit but I’ve been trying to get it back for weeks and no luck
Walked into Mini Garage at Fortitude Valley for a test drive on 31st July 2024, and on my 2nd visit on 9th August 2024, I drove out with a Mini Countryman 2024 model. Josh is an incredibly friendly, all-smiles person. Made me feel very comfortable from the get-go, and he takes his time to explain the specs and operations of the car, so that you get the best out of the car, and know what you’re looking for in a car. These guys are crooks. Bought a used car from them, 4 months later it had clutch issues. I sent multiple emails to Ben and Gary about it and they never even responded. Their used car warranty is literally useless. Avoid!
I decided to downgrade my review from two stars to one after receiving some feedback from the Mini (BMW) head office. Sometimes just an apology and for someone to put their hand up and accept responsibility is enough. Trying to overcharge your customers and not informing them is bad enough, let alone finding out that you can save yourself money by going to the Gold Coast mini garage and they do you a better deal. Also really nice to see the gentleman that I had big issues with also features on other poor reviews.
