What happened to all the palm trees and gardens!!! I have no reason to stay here any more. It looked like a welcoming tropical motel now it looks like a sun baked Stalag. Please explain.
Came over from Adelaide for a concert with my son and stayed here and from the get go the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, one lady in particular (training i believe) and unfortunately I didnt get her name offered advice and alot of help for us during our stay even on checking out she'd suggested things to do before our flight that evening. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again
Clean, spacious, comfortable, well loved and taken care of. They don't have fancy amenities (aka useless) but what they do provide is good quality and taken care of. Room was spotless, beds were very comfy, towels were good, aircon was cold, good location - takes 15 minutes to get to the airport or Chermside, staff was kind and efficient, coffee was good, didn't have breakfast but have heard good things. What else do you need?
Recent renovations have been done so the place is in good shape. Close to where I needed to be and plenty of places nearby to grab a quick feed.
