Terrible experience. The practice manager was abrupt and officious in both emails and over the phone. No empathy and very defensive.
I came to Dr Ottley with a lot of hip pain seeking help. After determining the problem through some scans, he performed a hip arthroscopy to fix a number of issues (removal of bone fragment, treating a torn labrum, and fixing a bone lesion). The surgery was successful, and my hip has recovered well over the last few months. Very happy with Dr Ottley, the nurses and receptionists at Brisbane Hip Clinic, they are very professional and were also very understanding of the challenging circumstances I've been in with my health.
Patrick and his team were fantastic from the initial call, consultations, procedure and post op follow up. The process was completely seamless and Patrick’s bedside manner and knowledge was unbelievable and reassuring. Six months on and I’m back doing all the sports I thought I’d never be able to do again. Thanks again Patrick. Cheers Wayne Clarke
The level of care from Dr Weinrauch, Hazel and their team has been incredible. You will not find a better group to look after you.
I had previously five hip surgeries via another surgeon. I was referred to Dr Patrick who was thorough and fantastic and explained everything well. I recommended my sister who also rates him highly. Genetic family condition. He is the best of the best when it comes to hips. My final surgery with him has been the best and most successful to date. Also the receptionist ladies are absolutely lovely! I've never had a terrible experience here ever.
