LIFE CHANGING - Book it you won’t regret it!! I honestly can’t thank the nurses enough for the incredible support they’ve given me and my daughter. The BEPC at Northwest is a hidden gem! I came in with my 1 year old son about a month ago. I went in with no settling techniques other than feeding and cosleeping. I learnt in-cot settling techniques that helped my son feel secure in his cot and he is now having 2 cot naps during the day and is sleeping amazingly over night too (no more starting the day tired and grumpy). I can not thank the staff at Brisbane Early Parenting Centre enough! I wish I had not waited until breaking point to attend!! We have had varying struggles with our 10 month old daughters day and night sleeps and could no longer cope. At time of attending BEPC we had minimal day sleep, a late bedtime, multiple night wakes, and had resorted to co-sleeping (which worked for our family initially but no longer was).
