I had a great experience working with Paul. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Whenever I passed on a property, he’d always ask for my reasons and made sure not to recommend anything with the same issues. He helped me focus on what I truly wanted and gave practical advice on which problems were easily fixable versus those that were deal-breakers for an investment. I highly recommend Paul.
