I recently bought a brand new BMW from Brisbane BMW and found their customer service second to none. The vehicle was delivered to me in perfect condition with a shiny new buff and polish. A special mention to Edwin from finance and Barry White who sold me the car, who were both patient and on the ball, making the buying experience wonderful.
Honestly how many phone calls do I need to make for someone to Take me seriously and send me a quotation via email for some repair that I would like to be done on my vehicle. Over two weeks 4 phone calls still no one can get the job done. Useless!
I am furious and deeply disappointed with how Brisbane BMW handled a charging failure that left me stranded. My BMW ix2 was towed to your workshop after roadside assistance arranged transport. Your team made no effort to contact me, ask questions about recurring problems, or explain their diagnostic plan, until I was called five days later and told a vehicle check had been carried out.
