I had an excellent experience purchasing my BMW at Brisbane BMW all due to the professional n friendly Gabriel Kang. I was initially not going to test drive the new vehicle as I had an X1 n was really interested in the safety features of the new X1 However he convinced me the driving experience is very different to my X1 n it certainly was I am glad I did do a test drive. Very happy with the new BMW X1 Thank you Gabriel.
Easy to give 5 stars to the new car sales experience here! I guess I can only talk about Maddy (Ward) because she provided the experience, but the team behind her must be great too. Anyway, it didn't feel like a car sales experience at all (until we had to have the sales discussion!). Instead I got to properly learn about and experience the cars I was looking at and then refine my choice. Maddy was knowledgeable, thoughtful and made it a fun experience. Wish it was always like this.
Had a awesome purchase experience of a used X3 with Gabriel Kang. He always gave prompt responses and explained everything with patience and politeness. Super professional. Can say he is the best salesperson I’ve ever met in Australia. He even add a full tank of fuel and made the car super clean before delivery, which is awesome of him. Absolutely recommend him to other potential buyers.
Probably the best service of any company i have ever experienced. Everyone in the sales team is a joke and know nothing about cars. No one returns calls outside of service. I made 4 complaints and nothing done. I am the managing director of Crocodile Containers. If you drive into our depot with a BMW we wont serve you! My goal is to take this review down if they can just return my call.
