I previously requested that the company remove the customer's name from their Google review, as no consent was given to share it. Received poor customer service from Maddy, who refused to share her last name. It’s strange they ask for your credit card just to reserve the service, and in the end, I had to pay in full upfront to secure the appointment. In response to the above review, the company mentioned that staff are not required to provide their full names due to privacy concerns. Had an incident with our roller door coming down as the car was going out, slight bend to the bottom rail and tiny curve to the bottom panel because of it - worked perfectly well! Paul came out for a quote and said they should be able to replace said bottom panel and frame bar, could be about $3k (the whole door cost that a few years back) Then I get an email saying particular colour/print no longer available and included quote for brand new roller door at over $6k. Where do I even begin - worst customer service ever!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My review only brushes on some bad stuff not all, there was too many bad experiences to mention. My husband and I are furious with the treatment we received from this joke of a company!! Received a quote, pretty pricey but we thought they must be good at what they do and the motors must last and have great warranty.
