I ordered a one of panel boat garage door with a high opening height. Quote was accepted with door height to fit existing opening, when it came to manufacture production found an issue with the design and took it on themselves to rectify the problem without consulting the customer. On installation the door was unsatisfactory leaving a gap at the top of the opening. The sales team came out and resolved the issue but it resulted in rework by installers. Our whole experience with Brisbane and Bayside Garage Doors has been nothing but positive and very happy. From the initial quote, which by the way wasn't booked, my husband saw their van near our home and asked Michael from the company, if he could take a look at our very old door and recommend something on his way home after the job he was attending.
