Absolutely unreal experience. The most unreliable and most disappointing experience ever. Called up for a roller door replacement and straight away replied with quote and wanting deposit and once deposit was paid promised that they will contact when door arrived to book installation. Well 2 months on still no reply and will not even respond to the 20 other voice messages and emails I have sent. These people will take your money and only respond when it suits them. We have found this company to be efficient, professional and friendly. The technicians make sure everything is working before they leave.
I previously requested that the company remove the customer's name from their Google review, as no consent was given to share it. Unfortunately, there has been no response, so the name has been redacted in the attached image. I would appreciate it if the company would respect the customer’s privacy. Received poor customer service from Maddy, who refused to share her last name. It’s strange they ask for your credit card just to reserve the service, and in the end, I had to pay in full upfront to secure the appointment. In response to the above review, the company mentioned that staff are not required to provide their full names due to privacy concerns.
