told not to come back after making complaint – My boyfriend and I have been frequenting Brisa's Tex Mex Restaurant every other weekend for the past several months. We go there while we’re waiting for my boys to get out of CCE. A couple of weeks ago, we were served our drinks in Styrofoam cups, then we were served our food with plastic forks.
