I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who has been a loyal client at Brisa’s. Unfortunately, her most recent visit was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. She came in for her scheduled manicure and pedicure. While she was in the middle of her pedicure, a nail technician began removing the polish from her hands. If you’re anything like me, you are sick and tired of leaving the salon with bloody cuticles or a slap dash job. I found this salon on Reddit And people were raving about it so I tried it, and I am also very pleased with the service. No cuts, no bleeding no slips and a beautiful job done. I will also say that it was easy to communicate with the nail tech.
Took my 13yr old for her first manicure and gel nails. The did terrible job with the nails and talked in spanish about my daughter being so young and getting nails done. They even criticized her nail color choice. Sadly my daughter is very well versed in Spanish and understood all the bad shit they talked about her and me (mother allowing young child to get full set of nails). I've been coming here for a while now and I can honestly say this is one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. The team is always so professional, kind, and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and I always leave feeling taken care of. They really pay attention to the details and do everything with care. Highly recommend!
