Not a great experience Multiple nails have tiny hairs stuck in them and I can’t get them out without ruining the gel. They also got the shape and length wrong.
my favorite nail salon to go to when i’m home! last time i came here was 2018 and it’s the same great quality and service. the women working here are kind and considerate.
Booked a nail gel extension appointment a week ago the actual date. They asked for picture and the same was shared. However, when we got to the appointment the lady refused to do gel extension claiming the person who took the order did not know that they can’t do it at 6:30pm ( they close at 7:30). Terrible service. If the person answering phone does not know the process, they shouldn’t be taking appointments. They should have had the courtesy to honor the appointment at least. Never going back here. Waste of time.
