BE WARE!! This agent will falsely approve people, knowing they’re not capable of buying a property and try to manipulate them into going into escrow. It’s not until they realize they can’t afford it where she tried to convince them to get a smaller property or something with less money. I personally seen her tell another agent they’re going into escrow send over a bunch of counter offers until they agree and then absolutely ghost that agent and waste their time for a week.
