Just a stone's throw away from the beach, Brisa is a fantastic place to live for beach lovers.The complex itself feels very safe and secure, and it's a very safe neighborhood. Even more, the apartment features were high quality. Best of all if you get an end unit, you get a bathroom window, which I loved.I highly recommend Brisa!
Susan the manager, is friendly and professional. Everything was well maintained and clean. I wish this apartment also has a bigger unit.
Management is very rude!
Called in Jan 2022 to see if I could take a tour. The manager whose name is Tony I think was very rude. No greetings, no instruction like ‘Thank you for calling Brisa Apt’, she just said ‘Hello’, that’s ok, I don’t mind. When I said my current lease would expire in April and asked if I could take a tour, she said ‘But all of our units will be taken before that, we are not here every day’. Not professional at all. I lived here for a short amount of time but absolutely loved the small community atmosphere and property. Very well maintained and the units were modern and upto date.
