Specialty med customer service has a pervasive "I don't wanna help you" problem. Make promises, leisurely cadence to urgent med needs. "Ya, OK, we'll contact your doc". Hours later, no call made. OPTUM Rx fortune 500 company with Joe's Pool Hall delivery system. "Ya, we got ya, don't worry". Update 2023: Complete 180 degree change with nursing, pharmacy, and customer service interaction: friendly, concerned, proactive customer service. Will continue to follow and update. called to question a charge on my credit card and after 25 minutes on the phone and 3 people. No one had an answer. they said call your credit card company and dispute it
This place deserves NEGATIVE 5 stars. I had to put one star was just because I could not post this review if no stars were clicked. I would never use BriovaRx forever. It took forever to fill 2 orders (I was on the phone for 2 hours). Finally when I received the delivery, I found out one order was missed. I called the service number, was put on hold forever, and the person lied to me that the missing order was out of order.
