We take our 4yr son there. Very easy to make appts, the pediatrician Nancy takes her time when she examines our son and listens to any and all our concerns that we end up having.
Dr. Nancy was great, but the billing practices were extremely disappointing. The office charges separately for routine services that are typically expected to be part of a standard visit, resulting in significant unexpected out-of-pocket costs. For example, I was charged about $90 PER EAR for ear wax removal so the doctor could examine my infant daughter’s ears for an ear infection. This happened twice, totaling nearly $400 just so her ears could be examined.
