I had a wonderful dining experience at Brio Italian Grille. The atmosphere strikes the ideal balance of being casually elegant yet unpretentious, making it a great setting to catch up with friends or enjoy a relaxed meal. We tried the Shrimp Carbonara, which was rich, creamy, and wonderfully balanced, alongside the Mushroom Soup, which had an amazing, deep earthy depth. Sat at the bar with my cousin for a quick lunch and the bartender who served us was outstanding. I had salmon Caesar which was cooked to perfection. I will come back to try a full dinner soon! Highly recommend !!!!!
