I took my family to dinner at Brio’s in Houston. At the end of dinner, I asked the waiter, Jorge N., for a gift certificate in the amount of $130.00. He obliged. When I received my bill, I noted that he had added a 20% tip to the gift certificate. I asked about this and he said they add 20% to all parties of six or more.
