I am happy to say that based on my experience, you can trust all the other 5-star reviews. 😁 Not only was every staff member genuinely friendly, and my hygienist gentle and thorough, but Dr. Jahan is clearly dedicated to her profession which was apparent in her demeanor. She was also extremely knowledgeable, skilled (I had some dental work done), transparent and kind. Absolutely loved my experience here. It is hard to find a good holistic dentist, and they nail it here.The facility is impeccable, all the staff are warm and friendly, and there is an overall tone of informed consent in every step along every process. I am so happy I found Brio dental and will be getting all of my dental work done here going forward!
The hygienist did a good job. Then I met the dentist and I was unimpressed. She was REALLY condescending, not just to me but also to her staff. They won’t take insurance, which I guess is the trend now in dentists, but what a pain. Overheard a conversation in the lobby from a previous patient having issues getting his bill covered by his insurance. They also advertise as a “spa” but it’s all warm pillows and massage chairs. I had the privilege of visiting this amazing holistic dental practice today, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The team took the time to listen to all my concerns and addressed each one thoughtfully and thoroughly. This was genuinely the best dentist experience I’ve had. From someone who has never loved going to the dentist - the team at Brio are clear professionals. Not only was I very well taken care of and educated about my mouth but was also made to feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. 10/10 would recommend. The warm neck towel was also wonderful :)
