My experience with the leasing office was very disappointing. We arrived at 3:45 p.m. to get information about the apartments. There was a sign on the door saying the office would be back at 3:30, so we waited patiently until someone returned. When we finally went inside, instead of being greeted, the first thing we were asked was, "What do you want?" It immediately felt unwelcoming. Im extremely disappointed by the front office. Someone or their dog had vomited in front of my apartment. I called them Saturday morning June 27th at 1030 am. I informed them of the situation and was told it would be looked into. I came home after a 10 hour shift to find that the vomit was still there. I used my cat litter over it to help prevent any of the smell coming into my apartment since the heat can make it worse. Now they are closed on Sunday so it will sit there for another day. I just wanted to say Juston from the maintenance team was great!! He came out of his way to come and help after hours on a Sunday. He was extremely nice, friendly, respectful, and very understanding. Thank you.
The service manager Kevin at Brio was Fanastic! my blinds were repaired quickly , and the entire process was smooth and professional. I really appreciated the fast response and great customer service !! thank you Kevin and Nick!!! Great service.
