I had a great experience with Kevin Watkins and Nick when it came to maintenance repairs. Within a two-week span, my ceiling fans broke back-to-back and some of my lights went out. Each time I submitted a request, they responded within 24 hours—and even handled one request the very same day. They were extremely professional and efficient. Hailey was great, she was happy to answer all my 83 questions lol and was very thorough with my tour. She was so nice and helpful and her energy was great. Very happy she was the one to help me and show me around. Very personable, i feel like we were besties at the end lol. She’s great, if you need a tour ask for Hailey 💕.
