When Chakiya came into my apartment to do some work i was immediately greeted by her when i opened the door. she had such a positive attitude and a great smile. she was very helpful in keeping me updated at what was going on and she worked super fast. i told her i was on a time schedule so she accommodated me and did what she could. very sweet person and super polite. i wish i could get her everytime i need maintenance requests!!
Special thanks to Kevin and his team for quickly taking care of an insect problem near the garage! Kevin upheld his promise of removing the wasp nest, and I am extremely grateful!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at my apartment community. From the office team to the maintenance crew, everyone has gone above and beyond to show genuine kindness and care. Knowing that I recently underwent shoulder surgery and am facing a total knee replacement in the near future, the office management Tausha and Terra surprised me with thoughtful gestures—providing a wagon and some wedges to help make daily life a little easier. Kevin Watkins service manager and his assistant Chakiya did awsome work and had great customer service. This the best maintenance that brio has ever had since I've stayed here in the last 7 years.
Read every letter in the lease other ways they’ll find ways to get you. First apartment I’ve experience where you HAVE to give them a notice to move out. Even if your lease is up or about to end they just keep charging you rent until it’s inspected and a notice is given. Walls are paper thin. When I moved in things seemed rushed to get us in there, I was the only unit on my floor with out door space blocker. Windows/ doors incorrectly sealed leaving airholes letting warm weather get in.
