This apartment complex is by far the most DISHONEST AND PREDATORY management team I’ve ever dealt with. Without any heads up whatsoever, they had my car towed simply over a REGISTRATIONS STICKER THAT WAS A COUPLE MONTHS EXPIRED, EVEN WHEN IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, INSPECTION IS NOT REQUIRED. To make matters worse, instead of notifying me or giving me a chance to correct it, they had it hauled off in the middle of the night, forcing me to pay OVER $400 to the towing company just to get my car back. Kevin Watkins and his assistant, Chakiya are amazing! They respond quickly, fix things the right way the first time, and are always polite and professional. I really appreciate their hard work. Couldn’t ask for better service duo.
