Current resident and this place sucks mainly because greystar took over. The leasing office is actually very incompetent. The building is fine and unit is nice but the management is actually useless. They’re always errrors in charging on the residential portal. There is no one on site at Brio and no one answers the phone. Its definitely time to move out.
I'm still trying to figure out what part of Brio is an award-winning luxury apartment. If you want to experience theft, car break-ins, non-stop construction, and a non-existent management team, then move into the Brio apartments. You will experience ultra luxury costs, minus the experience. Also, facilities will walk into your unit without your consent. Then they will argue that they can walk in in case of a fire or emergency. I have yet to experience a fire or emergency here.
Brio Apartments is by far the WORST with communication! It is truly unacceptable how they've led me to different people and I have still not received any sort of answers on my application. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT spend any money at any of these apartments under GREYSTAR! They are terrible leasing agents, property managers and should be working at McDonalds for the service they give to people!
I have been a resident for almost a year now. Management is awful and not what I expected when I was first shown promised unfortunately .
