These guys installed solar panels on my house in November of 2020. Its now August of 2021 and they are still not working. Customer support is non existent. Ive been told the same thing for 8 months now from everyone I call in to who insists they are the highest person to talk to. Even if they fix my issue one day I will never refer these guys to anyone. Ive contacted the BBB and a lawyer will be next.
I would leave ZERO stars if at all possible. They are friendly, nice and very responsive during the sales process. Once you sign the loan documents it’s as if every single person who works here falls off the face of the planet. Emails, phone calls, more emails and phone calls with no response. If you are lucky and get a reply (weeks-months later) it will just be more excuses with no answers to your questions. I've had solar panels from them on my roof for a year and they are still not even being used. If I could give 0 stars, I would, the worse part is I'm paying for my solar panels and still paying my electricity bill. Every time I call I always get a machine.
Adam coomer. TAKE ME off as your registered agent. You are a complete and utter failure in IL. You have multiple failed busniess. You scam customers, selling 70% solar and 30% energy efficient upgrades, and you do not pay your employees.
Just saw another review with the same problem. Solar panels were installed on March 1st. First bill for the loan was on March 1st as well. They still don’t have my solar panels hooked up. They always have an excuse. On my just paid my 5th payment for the panels loan, and still paying full price through my energy provider. I’ve sent the proofs of payments that’s been made.
