EDIT: I used to be a loyal customer here! There’s new management & completely new staff; and now my review is sadly negative. :( I used to never request anyone when I came here, because I knew everyone was good! However, the first two times I came when they initially opened with new management/staff, I bled both times by two different people. My mom goes here as well and had the same experience. Great price, very clean, very accommodating, love the à la cart options!
The last 3 times I have gone to this nail salon after a week of having my dip nails done they break. I’m very unhappy and will not be returning they did kindly fix them last time for free but I am still having the same issues. I’m very sad to not be returning I loved the environment and that I got to know the nail technicians but I will not be paying $50 to get my nails done every week!
I had the best experience at Brinton Lake Nails! Anna was the absolute best—truly a nail genius. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and executed it flawlessly. I’m incredibly picky about my nail shape, and Anna is the first person who actually made my dream manicure a reality. This is my go-to nail salon. It is always very clean and appealing. The staff are all friendly and efficient. I usually come in as a walk in since I have a busy schedule and they always take me right away. The last few times I’ve had Anna do my nails and she always does an amazing job. She is very quick and thorough with her work making sure to file my nails perfectly.
