Absolutely love this place!! I see Anna and she does amazing every time 💅. Staff is very knowledgeable and communicates their knowledge with the clients so everyone is on the same page regarding the outcome prior to the service. Prices are extremely reasonable for the area. Can not recommend this salon enough!
EDIT: I used to be a loyal customer here! There’s new management & completely new staff; and now my review is sadly negative. :( I used to never request anyone when I came here, because I knew everyone was good! However, the first two times I came when they initially opened with new management/staff, I bled both times by two different people. My mom goes here as well and had the same experience. Great price, very clean, very accommodating, love the à la cart options!
The last 3 times I have gone to this nail salon after a week of having my dip nails done they break. I’m very unhappy and will not be returning they did kindly fix them last time for free but I am still having the same issues. I’m very sad to not be returning I loved the environment and that I got to know the nail technicians but I will not be paying $50 to get my nails done every week!
I had the best experience at Brinton Lake Nails! Anna was the absolute best—truly a nail genius. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and executed it flawlessly. I’m incredibly picky about my nail shape, and Anna is the first person who actually made my dream manicure a reality. I also chose the organic spa pedicure and it was amazing—so relaxing and totally worth it. Everyone in the salon was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home.
