I cannot speak highly enough of Dina, in the cosmetic sector of Brinton Lake Dermatology. From the moment I walked in the door she was beyond pleasant. The facial was amazing and she was super informative. Dina is a prime example of how to treat people in costumer facing professions. Thank you Dina for such a great experience I will most definitely be back!!

I just was on the phone with the front desk people and the billing people and they were very rude and seems like they didn't want to call my insurance company to figure out the information they just wanted me to do it. Working in an office that deals with insurance the person who works at the office calls not the client. I got referred her by a girl that works is the office and she is the best. The front desk and billing people need to learn how to do there JOB and to treat their clients with respect and not speak to them li... read more

If you get covid or a serious illness that prevents you from attending your appt that day, you will be charged 100.00 and gaslighted about how your cancellation message didn’t mention being ill. Moral of the story - it’s better to go in with COVID than cancel an appt.

I have been going to Brinton Lakes for over a decade. The docs, nurses and PAs are amazing. As several have already mentioned, the front office staff are rude and judgmental. If you can get past the front desk staff to the practice itself it’s well worth it. But the front desk definitely could use some training on professionalism.
