Very nice clean room. Staff were nice. The hotel was very clean. Great stay.
Contactless check in was easy. When I called prior to my stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed. The rate was reasonable, compared to other hotels in the area. It was conveniently located near Longwood Gardens, which was why we were visiting the area. The breakfast options were minimal, and we ended up going out for breakfast. When I needed ice, there was only a small countertop ice maker available, rather than a larger one like most hotels. Really enjoyed our stay. Room was very comfortable and loved sitting out back in the morning. Definitely recommend and we will definitely stay here again
Extremely poor service: there is no front desk and the lady who I had to call for my reservation picked up after 3 times and said the check in time was at 3 and when requested for a early check in told me to cancel the reservation. I am not sure why they are in business.
Quiet, relaxing, and very comfortable.
