Awesome room very clean bed very comfortable.. just very beautiful can’t wait for them to update tvs to smart tvs. Service and keyless entry is great
Guest services are not good...I booked room for wedding through booking.com, but got COVID overnight, called hotel early in a.m., no response, since then been trying to refund, or get even a credit, both companies keep passing the buck, supervisor was supposed to call me back and never did, very unhappy To owner......, yes,I did call and left a message, I appreciate you answering and hoping you can rectify, I will try again Sunday or Monday
Room was clean, I appreciated the self check in , bed was very comfortable. It was valentines weekend so, walking into chocolate dipped strawberries was a cute touch. The room needs some updates, the showers water pressure was lacking and the TV apparently always has an issue since a lengthy card is provided for troubleshooting. My room was advertised as a garden view room, but the view was of a tree and the parking lot.
I like the small size but optimized facility, the ease of check in and entry is impressive. Breakfast is modest but no problem for me. I’ll definitely use this again.
