While I've never worked with Tim and his team for HVAC services, I am working with Tim professionally. In the last 1-1/2 yrs Brinson and Sons installed a new heat pump, have done preventive maintenance and were at my home within 24 hours when the drain pain was starting to fill. All Brinson tech answer every question and have never shown any frustration with me as I'm non-technical in this area. I'll always use Brinson and have referred them many times
These guys are rock stars! After an agonizing two hours testing trying to find the problem, they finally found a loose screw to the damper and fixed it immediately! End result...house is warm again! They go above and beyond and we are so thankful for their service ❤️
The week before July 4 our downstairs AC unit decided to die and since we have used Brinson and Sons in the past,I gave them a call. Unfortunately, this is the hot deason and we could not get scheduled for a new unit install until July 10. We suffered through the heat and want to say that we were absolutely happy with the process.
