Woke up this morning with our thermostats dead and no heat. Our house read 58 degrees. Called Brinson and sons at 8:27AM and by 9:30AM our heat was back on. Benny was our HVAC Tech and he identified the wiring issue within minutes. He replaced our wire and even did some general checks on the heat pump unit. I couldn't be more thankful for the timely response and great attitude Benny had during the service call. He was a pleasure to speak with and was more than happy to help explain what happened and how he fixed it.
While I've never worked with Tim and his team for HVAC services, I am working with Tim professionally. Tim is very prompt and transparent with his communication, and conducts business with a high level of professionalism. I'm excited and hopeful to work with a business owner like Tim.
