Beware! This is the worst dealership. I brought my 2014 Jeep ecodiesel in originally in April 2022-May 9 2022. They kept it there no diagnostic, lied on me said I didn’t want to pay for a diagnostic even though I kept asking for it. When I just said I’m not leaving it to just sit there, I was told by the service manager I needed a new engine cause they had another one there in the shop with the same issue. Worst dealership (business) I've ever dealt with. No loaners, untruths told - stated no one ever seen the problem, but documented conversations about my issue since February, 2020. Dropped Jeep off on July 8, 2021. Was without my Jeep for almost 4 months, and had expenses of over $7000, Jeep wants to give me $2849.52. Not counting the new car I had to buy. They will run your credit multiple times without permission. My husband and I have 6 hard inquiries on our credit now after we told them to only run it through with the company we had already been pre approved through. We have been back and forth with them about it and continue to get ignored. The absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced.
