Terrible service and customer support skills don’t do it
Brinks is great until something goes wrong and you need help. We found there were a couple places that appeared to not be alarmed when they should be, and we also had many alerts saying we had low batteries in some sensors. I called to see if we could just have someone come out to check all these things, even if we have to pay for a house call. Well, they don't do that unless you pay an additional $7.99/mo. for service. Great employer and great service! They go above and beyond to meet your expectations and keep your belongings safe and secure! Would recommend for a friend, business partner, and everything else over the other carriers. Can't go wrong with your boys in blue.
Very dishonest company, if they tell you that you don’t have to have a contract with them don’t believe them!!! Don’t believe anything they say! They lie! Lie! Lie!
They rope you into a 6YEAR contract and then you never hear from them again! They have horrible prices and terrible customer service (that’s after the long hold times and being hung up on)! Their equipment is garbage and will set off false alarms which the police will charge you service fees for continuously having to keep checking on the false alarms! GO ELSEWHERE FOR SECURITY SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
