I have spent months trying to resolve an issue with Brinks. NO RESOLUTION. I was transferred over from Digital Life, which I had for over 5 years with no issues. Great services. I was told that I was being locked into my employee discount for 3 years. As soon as I was set up, my husband and I started receiving a notification via text that our thermostat sensor was open.
