Brinks sale guy came to my door and said Brinks Home Security bought out Fluent security and he will need to change out Fluent’s system to Brinks security system. I called My previous security co, Fluent and asked them if they were bought out by Brinks. They said no. The Fluent employee on the phone said Brinks used a sales technique called slamming to get customers to sign up on a 5 yr contract. STAY AWAY!! They don't care about their customers and trying to get out of the contract (they bought our my old service provider) is impossible.
