The Brinks “Alarm” doorbell is just awful!!! And the tech support is awful too!!!! And the receptionist that transfers your calls sounds like she’s having relations or in the bed asleep. Just awful!!! The first two calls someone hung up in my face. I called back a third time waited for a long time and finally got someone. The phone hung up again, I called back and waited, waited and waited. You will lose your customer base if you don’t get it together!!!!

I was quite irritated after our alarm sounded at 8:00 AM yesterday. The culprit was our nine pound Chantilly-Tiffany cat. She set off one of our Pet Immune Motion detectors. I fired off a letter to a Brinks' company officer to expresss my disdain. Then, I called Customer Service later in the day. I spoke to Shelia. Not only did Shelia defuse my irritation, she scheduled an installer to come to our house to readjust/relocate our Motion Detector(s). Thank you Shelia for going the extra distance and for being so professional!

I decided to switch from Brinks to ADT as Brinks would not come to my house to provide security recommendations. I called in February 2023 to cancel my order and they indicated they would e-mail me something to sign. I never received it. I just noticed on my credit card that Brinks has been charging me over a year when they have not been providing ANY services. I called to have this cancelled again and received the document to sign this time. They refused to provide a refund as "this is our policy". In reporting to BBB, they... read more
