Horrid customer service. I had livewatch before Brinks took it over and they had decent customer service. Now that it's Brinks, it's awful! Phone trees like crazy, then you get to someone who has no idea what they're doing and has to transfer you at least twice before someone might know what you need. Terrible. Don't use this company.
