Dave was super helpful and super friendly. After saying he was booking a few days out, he realized I lived super close to him. He ended up being able to swing by a half hour later, and was able to help sort out my issues.
I have a 20 year old AC unit which was not cooling properly. Called Dave and he came out within 2 hours to take a look. He understood my situation (short-term fix, not looking to fully replace old system yet), offered his input, and was able to fix my issue without trying to pressure or sell me a brand new AC unit.
