Took my 5yr old to the ER. He was seen my Dr. Brinkmans NP, Myranda. She seemed concerned and stressed the importance of calling her in 2 days IF there's no improvement. 2 days later i call first thing. Nurse doesn't seem to care. No call back. I call again after lunch. No one cares, despite Myranda making us feel this could be serious. Finally before close they call to tell me i need to be following up with our family doctor and not them!
