I have a good friend who lives at the Heinecke location. This apartment, while affordable, is close to everything and within walking distance to a lot of merchants. Kroger's grocery store, McDonalds for breakfast coffee, an auto parts store right next door, the post office is across the street; and the local library is just a few blocks away. If you're looking for convenience and a home that won't break your bank, the apartments at this location in Miamisburg is waiting for your application.
Nice Place To Live – I lived at their Centerville location for about 2 and a half years and I really enjoyed it. The leasing agent/manager was extremely nice, the rent was affordable, it's in a good area of town. Neighbors were ok. I didn't really get to know any of them because I was working a lot. But I never had a problem with any of them. Maintenence guys were nice. If you want a 'flashy' apartment this isn't the place for you.
