I paid them to prepare and process my 2019 taxes and was emailed that they were efiled in late February 2020. Weeks later my Federal returns came. In May I contacted Brinkley Financial as well as my state tax office to be informed that they were never filed. The resolution offered by Brinkley Financial was that they would mail them in on Friday May 1st and after not hearing from them by Monday May 4th, I went and paid to have them sent with a tracking number myself.
