Don’t waste your time. The only positive thing I can say is that my diamond is of very high quality. However, we have had such a headache dealing with them since day 1. My, now husband, was recommended this place by a friend to design my engagement ring. He gave photos of what we liked and he was basically told not to do the design (a very common and simple design at that). The ring took forever to be made. I had an absolutely delightful experience at Brinkhaus Calgary. Their unique store, housed in a charming downtown Calgary house, offers the convenience of dedicated parking.
