I am not happy with my experience and I am re-writing my review now that I am out of a contract with Brinkerhoff. My main communication was with Pamela - she was rude to me when I had valid concerns dealing with the apartment, such as rodents, bugs, spalling, water (and more!) issues. When I expressed these concerns and unhappiness with renting in the apartment in a professional manner, she threaten to hire a lawyer and sue me. This is absolutely appalling! No tenant should ever be threatened with legal action for reporting critical issues like pests and water damage. For a management company to just vanish without notifying residents is beyond unprofessional. I hope this gets the attention it deserves. Standing with you!
We are new tenants in a townhouse managed by Brinkerhoff Property Management. We've had a great experience with Brinkerhoff in these first two months. Melloney Millward did a fantastic job showing us the townhouse and answering all of our questions. She then stayed in close contact with us as we filled out the easy application and reviewed the contract. Do not trust your property to this company! No stars if I could, did not check references of tenants they rented my home to, tenants had multiple dogs/puppies , ruined my carpet with dog pee, at end of lease sent me tenants deposit for me to deal with which is unethical and illegal under my contract, lazy and unprofessional
