AC unit went out and could not find any after hours emergency numbers. Hot as hell with three animals and a 1 year old son.

brinkerhoff is the WORST management place ever!!!! steve is such a bad person and thinks he knows everything... DONT DO IT.. I wouldnt pour water on him if he was burning!
By FAR the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. the other review that says to kiss your deposit goodbye is 100% true. they WILL find reasons to keep it and overcharge you for everything. the awful fat lady that answers the phone is one of the dumbest people I have ever had to deal with and the manager or whatever he is (Eric) is too scared to talk to customers in person so he hides behind his secretary. STAY AWAY!!! you have been warned!
I will not go into details but we were great renters to this company and, when it came time to move on and move from this property, well, the claws came out!! I was warned – yes WARNED – which I did not heed, because I thought I’d found the perfect place. All I have to say is ‘kiss your deposit goodbye’!
