Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Yes, they offer a huge selection of medication Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Yes, they always demonstrate care and compassion Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in... read more
