As a renter, I really appreciated that—too often companies do poor work and then disappear, so that level of accountability stood out. This company recently replaced and repainted the railing at the property where I rent. While I wasn’t the one who hired them (the landlord arranged the work), I was present during the project and noticed several concerns. During the removal of the old railing, one of the support posts was cracked. The new railing was installed on top of that cracked post and then painted over rather than the post being repaired or replaced.
