Ageist I was interviewed for a position at this business and immediately felt like the hiring person was rushing me through the process as soon as she sat down with me. Didn't really ask me any questions about my abilities. I believe they are discriminating against middle aged people. They advertise for "recent grads" and I saw all young women there working.
