Dr. Brine is very professional but he does not interact with the patient to explain what he is doing or what the outcome and/or side effects might be. I have confidence in his abilities but his communication with the patient needs to improve a lot.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions

Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding
