I got the Ayurvedic message done from Nikita and it was the best massage ever.Hot Ayurvedic medicinal oils and the smell of herbs.It was a mental detox too.I had this bad pain my left shoulder for a while.She said that the oils and the herbs in the potli is also as per my body type.
