I was the respondent in a divorce case where the petitioner was not cooperative. B&N were disorganized and provided no clear guidance. Nearly at trial after at least $7k in retainers and fees, without mediation even set up, they dropped my case because they said I didn't give them all the information they needed which partially included asking me to break into a gun safe.
