The new ownership Ed is very kind and helpful, with it being paid in cash drop offs I have gotten behind a couple times he is always understanding and willing to help. We have had no problems with this storage facility and will continue to stay with them as long as my family needs.
I'd stay away from Brimfield Economy Storage and find a storage place with a longer grace period, modern payment methods, and a little compassion. Admittedly, I fell behind here and there on my unit because it's not convenient needing to drop off a check (many people don't even have checks anymore) in person vs paying online or via an auto pay.
