We have been renting from Brim for nearly 10 years and they’ve been great. Brigham has always gone above and beyond to help us find the right homes for our household. And the maintenance team is always prompt and do whatever they can to help. Overall we have had a great experience.
Brim is really great about addressing any problems that need to be addressed. They are quick, kind and helpful. Just ask and they will help! Great company to rent from!

Leased a property from Brim July 2024 and recently moved out. When I signed the lease I had to call 2 cleaners to clean the unit as it was not clean. During our tenant, water was leaking from the front window into the house from the front frames as it was an old building. I notified them several times, provided video and pictures. They sent 2 different guys to come take a look but never fixed it . We gave 30 days notice to move out. Cleaned the unit to perfection and asked them to come do a walk through and get the keys.
