Leased a property from Brim July 2024 and recently moved out. When I signed the lease I had to call 2 cleaners to clean the unit as it was not clean. During our tenant, water was leaking from the front window into the house from the front frames as it was an old building. I notified them several times, provided video and pictures. They sent 2 different guys to come take a look but never fixed it . We gave 30 days notice to move out. Cleaned the unit to perfection and asked them to come do a walk through and get the keys. When I make a request, Brim is quick to respond and takes care of the issue quickly. They are very pleasant to work with.
I've had a wonderful experience with BRIM Properties. Currently a resident going on 2 years in a great condo. We toured several of their properties during our search and our final two choices were both under BRIM. They were extremely supportive from the search, to the signing of the lease, to now. Very communicative, prompt with any maintenance concerns, reasonable rent rates, great, well-kept properties, etc. I've dealt with 4 different rental companies in 3 different states and BRIM has, by far, been the best experience.
