I've had a wonderful experience with BRIM Properties. Currently a resident going on 2 years in a great condo. We toured several of their properties during our search and our final two choices were both under BRIM. They were extremely supportive from the search, to the signing of the lease, to now. Very communicative, prompt with any maintenance concerns, reasonable rent rates, great, well-kept properties, etc. I've dealt with 4 different rental companies in 3 different states and BRIM has, by far, been the best experience.
Brigham with Brim was amazing and helpful in many ways! Always helped and prioritized me and my daughters living!
DO NOT RENT FROM BRIM PROPERTIES!!! I rented from this property management company for 7 years, and my experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Their communication was consistently poor, and any maintenance requests took far too long to be addressed—if they were handled at all. The final straw was when they fraudulently withheld my security deposit, claiming extensive carpet damage from cat urine. Brim Properties, and specifically Brigham, completely mishandled what could have been a straightforward rental. My experience was riddled with poor communication, unprofessional conduct, and what feels like a pattern of stringing along qualified tenants without any serious intention of approving them—just to collect application fees.
