Avoid renting from BRIM at all costs. True slumlords. When I moved in, the furnace would set off the smoke alarm and they never fixed his requiring me to not use the furnace for my entire time at the property. The bathroom ceiling had a leak from upstairs which caused a sizeable hole in my ceiling which was never repaired in over a year after it occurred despite assurances that it would be repaired. I've been very pleased with Brim Properties since I turned management of our rental duplex over to this outstanding company several years ago They've conscientiously kept the property rented and maintained. Bravo Brim!!!!!!
