As a Windows & Doors company, we've worked with Brim properties for several years across many projects. Each time we work with them we come across impressed with the level of care, diligence and eye for quality that they employ. Brim is a great company with a great team.
My girlfriend and I were tenants with Brim Properties and overall had a negative experience. When our lease started the house wasn’t clean, it lacked kitchen hardware, items were left behind from previous tenants, and light fixtures didn’t work. We fixed many of these issues ourselves. Whilst living there the owner of the property would stop by frequently, sometimes blocking in us driveway when we had to be to work, and he was very unfriendly and at times intimidating. $65 to replace batteries in the smoke detectors? Glad they got the good ones Update. Sounds like BRIM did me a favor. Apologies. The bulk of the deposit must have been for "wiping the top of the fridge".
