Great. I just was unaware you were entering people's homes without their knowledge. And ripping off the screen door 3 times never replacing it, turning off the heat and just being creepy. Let your tenants know who has keys to their home. And the numbers you give out go to a person who sounds like she doesn't know she works for you.
My family has had a great experience for 6+ years with BRIM in the Avenues and Marmalade areas in SLC. They've consistently been responsive and proactive with solutions.
The whole BRIM team has been great to work with, are very detail oriented and professional.
