Do not be fooled by the pretty website and the smiling faces. Brillo “completed” a first floor remodel in our home from November 2023-late March 2024. There were so many red flags thru the design process, and now design issues are glaring in functionality issues. The workmanship and finish work is poor. We hired Brillo to redo our kitchen and most of the flooring on our main level. They were a delight to work with. Always friendly and helpful, communication was solid and we're thrilled with the results.
Just had my second project completed. Super happy with the work. First was a bathroom remodel of our 150 farmhouse, and the second was a set of exterior stairs behind our garage. Both turned out great. They have a dedicated staff that will take you from proposal, to demo, construction, and inspection.
