I worked for Brillient Coporation at the warehouse location in Harrisonburg for about a year and a half. I worked very hard and did what I was always told to do. I enjoyed the job when I first started. But after a while there was high favoritism that I would see. Which didn’t bother me too much. I was more focused on just the job. Hands down, the best company I've ever worked for. Talk about treating your employees with respect and care. 🙌🏽 I work hard at any job, but Brillient is the job that makes you want to go harder. When the contract ended, it was a heartbreak for sure lol. I've been applying for other positions, and as soon as I'm able to work for them again, they will be my forever job. 💙
