Heather cleaned the house and did an okay job. Glass light fixtures were not removed and cleaned, just wiped off. She said the cleaning would be $230, then charged my husband an extra $100 because "it took her longer than she thought". She forgot to clean the laundry room floor - then I asked for a partial refund which she agreed to, but now, three weeks and two communications later, I still have not received the refund. Do not use this company without controls on the cleaning and payment.
RecommendedMy house was in serious need of a cleaning, Taylor arrived, rolled up her sleeves and got to work. She was there longer than I expected and when I walked through my house when she left I could not have been happier - things looked 'GREAT'.
They did a great job. Even though their previous customer added to the job they called to let me know they were running late and stayed until the job here was done and they did not hurry....they did a great job.
I tried working for this company. When I asked about my pay I was told that since I was training and working with someone else that I was not getting paid for my work unless my co-worker was willing to share her wages. This company is a crock. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
They are always ready to please. They are on time and pleasant to deal with. They always do a super job.
Second time in a row this company promised to come before a holiday and did not show up. They do a decent job but look elsewhere if you need dependable, timely service.

I’d give this garbage cleaning company no stars if I could. Horrible owners who don’t pay the cleaners for the work they do. Always late to appointments and canceling same day for bs reasons. I’ve never known such unorganized and inconsiderate owners. It’s an embarrassment. Do not use them or recommend under any circumstance unless you are ok with what I said.
Very professional and trustworthy cleaners! I had to leave to go back to work and they left the house looking very clean and properly secured. Will definitely be using Brilliantly Bright again.
