This is a wonderful dental practice from top to bottom and I would never hesitate to refer someone to them. Dr. Peterson explains everything, the billing process is de-mystified (as much as can be expected...it's a very occult process), and scheduling is flexible. I had the last appointment of the day but was late getting out from work. I called and told them I could make it but I would be at least 20 minutes late. They told me to come ahead. Even though I forced all the staff to stay late, I was treated with the same professionalism and friendliness that I always receive. It's accommodations like this that make you feel like a valued patient and not just a number on a chart.
