Would not recommend under any circumstance. 1. Doctor was extremely rough during cleaning, which I didn't ask for nor was that the reason for my appointment. 2. I scheduled the appointment for a permanent crown. The lady who works the front desk originally said the authorization would take ONE week, I called after one week and was told it would take TWO weeks. Okay fine. Not recommending this place! Always take hours to see a doctor. If you go early for your appointment, it doesn’t matter, you still have to wait. The persons at the desk were very rude. Stay away from here.

Update 2024: Place is still unorganized!! I called last week to give my updated insurance info. I get a call Friday to remind me of my appointment which time was changed once again! I schedule in Jan for 4pm today and was told it's 330pm. I arrive yesterday to be told it's a deductible. I'm told she wasn't aware of it. If they call insurance to confirm things prior they would know! So I cancelled my appointment. The dentist is not an issue it's the front desk who needs to do better! I went to this Dental Office to get my teeth clean the customer service is very poor and they don’t know what they’re doing they need to employed professional workers to go in someone mouth instead of using workers with a certificate.
