Having owned my condo since 2007 and having dealt with more than one property management company, I'm happy to say we've made a great move switching to Brilliant Property Management. This company, as well as Virginia (our property manager) are excellent. She is professional and responsive, often going above and beyond the call of duty. Our condo runs like a well oiled machine thanks to the efforts of the Brilliant team and you can tell that they really care.
