This is the absolute worst group of incompetent, ignorant, and unprofessional property managers. They are rude and disrespectful to the owners. Val Lai is the absolute worst manager you can come across. She is disorganized, has poor customer service skills, and is unresponsive to owners' concerns. I would never recommend this team to anyone. I've never seen such incompetence by their book keeper. Their statement makes no sense. They never gave us a copy of our statement and it wasn't until our new property management gave us one. There was no transparency of what they were doing with my account. I'd make an assessment payment for the whole amount but they kept charging me the partial payment payments. I told them about this problem and still they kept charging me the monthly payment. The only reason I gave them one star is I had to to be able to get this review ... read more
