On a scale of 1-10, I would definitely rate my experience at 250 Queen's Key, West a 10+. The management is very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and, above all, accessible. I spend quite a bit of tile in the states and, every now and then, a problem occurs doing my absence. I have always been able to call the office and have the matter resolved promptly and efficiently. Really, I could not appreciate them more.
As an owner of a condo in the building being managed by this property management company, in the person of property manager Virginia Toplak and superintendent Ryan Yago, I am truly pleased at the progress our condo building made. It has been a safe and enjoyable place for me to live throughout the years. Thank you for all the hard work, Virginia, Ryan and the director, Eric Plant, as well.
