660 Eglinton Ave West The water was turned off today without any notice. Not everyone is signed up to receive emails especially elder people so a paper notice should have been distributed before turning off water supply. Also, intercom hasn't been working for a few days now yet nothing is being done about it. Your property manager Michelle never answer to phone calls. I moved in this building 2015 and eversince brilliant property took over, it went from good to bad.
This is the absolute worst group of incompetent, ignorant, and unprofessional property managers. They are rude and disrespectful to the owners. Val Lai is the absolute worst manager you can come across. She is disorganized, has poor customer service skills, and is unresponsive to owners' concerns. I would never recommend this team to anyone. I have been in this industry for 30 years and can assure everyone that these are a bunch of uneducated and unprofessional teams that I have ever seen. Seriously, this company is a joke. ... read more
